Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) seeks an experienced ID/OD Grind Machinist Technician to precision grind turbine engine components to OEM specifications in a climate controlled, modern facility in Mentor, Ohio.

You will join a large machining team with CNC VTLs, mills, grinders, and R&D support, delivering high-quality parts for global aerospace and marine customers. The role requires extensive setup and operation of grind equipment, strong GD&T knowledge, and ability to read

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience operating vertical/horizontal grind equipment and related CNC/manual machines.
• First article experience and job shop environment familiarity.
• Understanding of GD&T and critical dimensions.
• Ability to edit speeds/feeds and tool offsets on grind equipment.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate horizontal and vertical grind equipment on turbine engine components.
• Select, install, and dress wheels; manage fixtures and alignment.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring devices and document findings.
• Mentor and participate in on-the-job training for machinists.
