• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Wichita, KS.

• Support HR programs and services to attract, develop, engage and retain the workforce.
• Gain exposure to HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, learning and development, HR analytics.
• Assist with HR analytics, reporting, process improvement, and project support.
