Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in mission critical software development, preferably in aerospace.
• Experience designing, deploying and supporting flight control / real-time embedded systems.
• Familiarity with embedded architectures, RTOS, and aerospace safety standards.
• Experience with Linux-based development and software verification for space systems.

Responsibilities

• Define flight software architectures for real-time safety-critical systems.
• Lead software requirements, architectures, and designs with verification activities.
• Oversee development of fault-tolerant flight software controlling autonomous space vehicles.
• Direct hardware-in-the-loop validation and real-time embedded releases.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and verification documentation.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
