Qualifications

  • Associates or technical school completion.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience or training.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurement devices.
  • Strong safety and quality mindset.
  • Willingness to work in a high energy, fast changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications using measuring tools.
  • Align and fit parts according to specifications.
  • Set up and operate fabricating machines to bend, cut, form, punch and assemble metal components.
  • Position, bolt, and clamp parts for welding or riveting.
  • Inspect parts and review incoming materials against prints.
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
