Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or related experience preferred.
• Prior aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English and follow work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Perform core finishing operations (die line removal, tie bar removal, flash removal, repairs).
• Prepare cores for wax injection.
• Conduct Level III visual quality inspections to identify defects.
• Operate machinery, tooling, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow process docs, safety standards, and 6S requirements.
