Job summary

EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation in Culpeper, VA is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to maintain production machinery and facility systems in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, support operations, ensure safety compliance per OSHA standards, and work across office, shop floor and production spaces. 3rd shift availability required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing general facility and building maintenance in support of operational needs.
• Proficiency using VOM meters and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Support production operations through maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, lighting, and general building components.
• Perform routine facilities upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
• Install new machinery, equipment, and electrical components as needed.
• Perform minor building repairs and maintenance, including wall repair, painting, and general facility improvements.
• Communicate equipment and facility status, issues, and repair needs with management and machine operators.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs for tracking, reporting, and compliance purposes.
• Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
• Work across multiple environments, including office areas, shop floor, and production spaces.
• Safely work with industrial machinery, electrical systems, mechanical components, and approved cleaning chemicals.
