Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in CAD design or related field; U.S. citizenship required.
• 2 years of related work experience; 5 years if no degree.
• Strong CAD proficiency for 2D modeling and pattern creation.
• Ability to operate and maintain laser and wheel cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to define project requirements.
• Use CAD tools to create and modify patterns for laser and wheel cutting.
• Operate and maintain cutting tables, including setup and calibration.
• Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specs.
• Manage fabric and supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock.
• Train teammates on cutting best practices and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot cutter software errors and cut failures.
