Qualifications

• Two-year associate's degree or similar education with three years' experience.
• Current KMM employees must have a High School Graduate or GED coupled with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, quality, and environmental management systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings and create shop drawings.
• Analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems, suggesting countermeasures.
• Collect process data and adjust processes to meet quality and production requirements.
• Train others within and outside the department.
