Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to provide high-level technical support and on-wing assistance for aircraft maintenance.

The role involves designing FAA-compliant structural repairs and leading fleet-wide reliability projects to cut costs and boost aircraft availability. Candidates should hold a Engineering degree (bachelor's or associate) with at least 3 years of structural repair experience and be proficient in researching aircraft data (AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM).

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and a bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering, with at least 3 years of structural repair experience.
• Proficiency researching aircraft data (AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM) and preference for A&P licensure or Part 145 experience.
