Job summary

Korry Electronics is seeking a Production Operator to build electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies for aerospace applications. You will work from drawings, perform assembly, testing, and inspections, and support quality and production teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience; IPC-610/620 and J-STD-001 knowledge is preferred. Expect a collaborative environment with opportunities to improve processes and learn new skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus.
• 2 years related industry experience required.
• IPC-610/-620, J-STD-001 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble to drawings and quality standards within production time guidelines.
• Maintain lot traceability and inventory practices.
• Interpret engineering/quality drawings and procedures for acceptance.
• Validate that build/inspection equipment is calibrated/qualified for use.
• Self-audits of workstation to ensure compliance with specs.
• Assist with design, inspection tools, and work standards; support QA.
• Perform basic testing and visual/functional inspections.
