Job summary

E-Space is seeking an on-site Manufacturing technician in Arlington, TX to stage, assemble, test, and install satellite hardware. You will use precision tools, follow procedures, and ensure high quality per specifications. The role requires the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with extended hours as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in electrical or mechanical testing or installations, plus a high school diploma. Lifting up to 25 lbs and ladder work are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in electrical or mechanical test environment or performing electrical or mechanical installations.
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Standing for long periods, climbing ladders, bending, lifting up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stage, set up, assemble, test, and install satellite flight hardware.
• Use precision tools and perform work according to procedures and test instructions.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with production engineers to document activities.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware issues to prevent repeat defects.
