Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking motivated Electrical Engineering interns to join our engineering teams in Phoenix, Arizona for a full-time, onsite internship from May through August. Interns will contribute to design, development, testing, integration, and support of aviation products and technologies.

You'll work with experienced engineers across analog, digital, power, RF, and embedded systems, gaining experience in circuit card assemblies, FPGA development, and firmware, while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited engineering program with strong academic record.
• Foundational knowledge in analog or digital circuit design, and hardware development.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely in lab environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to document work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical/electronic design reviews and development for aerospace applications.
• Support circuit card design, schematic capture, simulation, and hardware integration.
• Contribute to analog, digital, power, RF, and FPGA development activities.
• Develop and implement test procedures and verification scripts for hardware and firmware.
• Participate in hardware/software integration testing and defect investigations.
• Document results and assist with design reviews and project updates.
