Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA is seeking a Summer 2027 Electrical Engineer Collegiate Associate Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience across Innovation, Engineering, and Flight with opportunities to work on real-world aircraft challenges and tour state-of-the-art facilities.

Open to undergraduates through PhD students who are passionate about aviation, with 3.0 GPA and onsite availability May 2027. Housing stipend and competitive benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.
• Minimum duration: 10–12 weeks (summer); 10–16 weeks (spring and fall).
• Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and complete discrete engineering tasks on schedule.
• Apply engineering knowledge to resolve aircraft related issues using company procedures.
• Support prototype and test activities during the lifecycle of Gulfstream products.
• Generate and analyze miscellaneous technical test data.
• Interface with internal organizations and external suppliers.
• Develop knowledge of applications of technical principles in the assigned field.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
