Quartus Engineering in San Diego is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its Aerospace division. You will collaborate with electrical, optical, mechanical, and software engineers to develop innovative solutions for a variety of applications.

The role requires a BS in EE, 2+ years of design experience, and hands-on PCB, FPGA, and embedded C/C++. Hybrid work in San Diego with diverse projects, FAA-related certifications exposure, and opportunities to contribute to flight-critical hardware.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of industry experience with significant design responsibility.
• Analog/Digital circuit design and simulation.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, and layout (Altium preferred).
• Experience with PCB fabrication and assembly process.
• Design and layout of electrical boxes with a mix of COTS and custom components.
• Competent with test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers.
• FPGA programming experience (VHDL or Verilog).
• Experience developing C or C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with the Git version control system.
