Job summary

AAA USA Inc is seeking an Electrical Assembler to assemble electrical harnesses and components. The role involves installation, mounting, cabling, and follow-through of quality and safety standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in vocational studies (DVS) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in aeronautics/electrical assembly.
• Two years’ experience in a similar position.
• Teamwork, flexibility, integrity and a high degree of professionalism are required.
• Excellent knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints.
• Manual abilities, dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules and how to use PPE.
• Capacity to work as a team and under pressure and to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
• Self-motivated and committed to high quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation, mounting and fixing electrical components on various media following documentation.
• Proceed to wiring connections for control members and electromechanical equipment.
• Perform electrical connections: stripping, crimping, connectors, and cable hooping.
• Carry out installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Record measurements and report irregularities.
• Verify compliance with standards defined in technical work documentation.
• Apply QSE management system and respect processes and instructions.
• Contribute to management of non-conformities, customer complaints and CAPAs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
