Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in aerospace/defense manufacturing or related environments.
• 5+ years leading programs or cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed organization and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of customer programs and projects, managing priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary program leader and internal customer advocate, aligning customer priorities with operational capabilities and resources.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including reviews, escalation management, action tracking, and performance reporting.
• Translate customer demand and forecasts into coordinated plans supporting delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent impacts on customer experience or business performance.
