Qualifications

• Experience in deburring, grinding, or manufacturing (level-dependent).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs using grinding wheels, speed cutters, and hand tools.
• Use deburring knives and pneumatic tools for precision edge finishing.
• Operate drill press with burr tools to break edges and refine features.
• Sand and blend surfaces using Vertex tools and sandpaper.
• Inspect parts using microscopes and illumination equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions, work orders, and blueprints.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
• Maintain tools and replace worn or defective equipment.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and well-lit.
• Support R&D and continuous improvement initiatives.
