Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in database development or systems/tools development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• Experience with database platforms and relational databases.
• Knowledge of data management workflows and process automation.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics tools (Excel/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with system migrations or legacy modernization.
• Familiarity with Agile tools or environments such as IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management.
• Ability to work across engineering, operations and leadership teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Person status or ability to obtain export authorization under U.S. export-control laws.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program controls and program management to develop custom reporting.
• Facilitate reporting of critical data relating to project success and departmental financial objectives.
• Partner with engineering and procurement teams to define and implement effective hardware tracking processes.
• Own demand creation.
• Drive Purchase Order creation.
• Maintain existing databases and tools.
• Migrate existing tools to modern platforms supporting Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical support and coordination to aerospace engineering teams.
• Facilitate resolution of engineering issues and support project execution.
• Ensure communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
