CTL Aerospace, a NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company, seeks a Press Operator for its Cincinnati, OH facility. This role supports fabrication, tooling, and quality processes in a fast-paced team environment.

The successful candidate will operate manual and ASC presses, handle required materials, document steps, and perform routine maintenance while maintaining quality standards. CTL provides competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Must speak English and have excellent communication skills both oral & written.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Team player, Press / Fab skills preferred, assembly skills preferred
• Lifting required up to 50 pounds
• Able to multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Work in a warm environment
• Flexible schedule to allow for training

Responsibilities

• Clean & Release molds and tools per plan.
• Obtain the appropriate materials per plan and maintain documentation.
• Manufacture hardware on a manual and an ASC press and maintain documentation.
• Assemble and maintain equipment as needed.
• Use pneumatic & hand tools to complete the process.
• Use inspection equipment to verify the product meets spec.
• Visual inspection of hardware per plan.
• Scheduled 6-S cleaning and related items.
• Minor equipment maintenance (filters, checking oil).
