Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with composite materials.
• Ability to read and interpret material and process specifications.
• Experience in mechanical testing using automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, bag, and cure composite materials.
• Operate autoclaves and presses.
• Conduct testing and write summary technical reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude

Technical knowledge of adhesives and composites

Composite layup, bagging, and curing

Ability to operate equipment for specimen preparation

Knowledge of mechanical testing using automated equipment

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associates Degree in Engineering Technology
