Job summary

A leading multinational corporation seeks a Commercial Finance Manager for the Aerospace Group. This role requires support for business development and sales teams to enhance profitable growth and cash flow. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, at least 8 years of finance experience, and strong analytical skills. The position is located in multiple venues including Jackson, MS, but relocation is not offered. The compensation range is between $124,000 - $182,000 annually, along with a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years accounting/finance experience.
• At least 2 years of Commercial Finance experience in an industrial organization.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the listed locations or be active-duty military.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and commercial teams in executing growth strategies.
• Lead financial evaluations of new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process for orders.
• Bridge actual financial results versus plan and forecast.
