Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Must read, comprehend and understand work instructions as well as technical specifications.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Must pass the essential job function physical requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand/arm movements while processing, masking, demasking, loading, unloading, inspecting and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex process equipment according to training, process docs and 5S standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment with coating/plating for aerospace applications.
• Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and reporting faults to management.
• Inspect parts and use hand tools and perform routine adjustments to production equipment.
