Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC multi-axis Milling machines, on parts 12 inches or larger, preferably aerospace.
• Experience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipment.
• Excellent mathematical, mechanical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling jobs with minimal supervision to meet specs.
• Make necessary modifications or adjustments as needed.
• Read GD&T on blueprints and work instructions; verify dimensions with calipers, micrometers, and gages.
• Hold tight tolerances and prepare parts for subsequent operations.
