Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNC Lathe/Mill-Turn/Mill operator experience with inspection tool usage.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Two-year technical degree in a related field preferred.
• Tuition reimbursement available: $5,250 per academic year.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce aerospace parts.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part quality against drawings.
• Meet production deadlines and follow manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in improvement programs.
