Job summary

Griffon Aerospace, based in Madison, Alabama, is recruiting a Multi-Axis Machine Operator & Programmer to support precision fabrication of aerospace components. You will operate and program 3- to 5-axis CNC machines, develop CAM programs, and ensure tight tolerances on aluminum and aerospace-grade alloys.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-axis CNC experience with 4/5-axis preferred
Ability to develop and optimize CNC programs from engineering drawings and models
Proficiency in setup, tooling selection, fixturing, and work-holding for complex parts
Experience machining aluminum, steel, and aerospace alloys to tight tolerances
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Previous experience with hand and power tools
High School diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training or associate degree preferred
Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs often and work standing up for a full shift
