Job summary

A reputable machining company located in Auburn, Washington, is seeking CNC machinists with 3-5+ years of experience in CNC setup and machining. The position requires expertise in operating 3/4/5-axis equipment, knowledge of GD&T, and a strong commitment to quality. Machinists will work in a high-precision aerospace environment and will benefit from substantial pay ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, robust additional advantages, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC milling setup experience preferred, particularly in aerospace.
• 5+ years of CNC machining/operator experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding required.
• Hands-on experience with CNC setups, tooling, and offsets mandatory.
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC vertical and horizontal mills.
• Write, edit, and run G-code and M-code programs.
• Conduct in-process inspection using precision measurement tools.
• Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and quality inspectors.
• Support continuous improvement in machining processes.
