Qualifications

• 0–5+ years of precision grinding experience.
• Experience in machining or manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Strong understanding of offsets and taper adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate OD, ID, and surface grinding machines.
• Perform precision grinding on aerospace components.
• Load, run, and adjust CNC programs.
• Perform first-article and in-process inspection.
