Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CMM Technician in aerospace manufacturing or precision machining.
• Strong PC-DMIS software proficiency for programming and operating CMMs.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with CMM calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CMMs to inspect aerospace engine components and ensure tolerances.
• Develop, modify, and execute measurement programs using PC-DMIS.
• Perform routine inspections on machined parts, castings, and assemblies.
• Analyze measurement data, generate inspection reports, and communicate findings.
