Karman Space & Defense is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer in Huntington Beach, CA. You will program and operate CMMs to support dimensional inspections and final QA across aerospace components, interpreting drawings, GD&T, and maintaining AS9100 documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or technical training, at least three years’ experience with CMMs and Calypso, and ability to work independently on the production floor with precise measurement and traceability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or technical training is required.
• 3+ years of CMM programming experience.
• Experience with AS9100 and ISO standards.
• Proficiency with GD&T per ASME Y14.5.

Aufgaben

• Programs and operates CMMs using Calypso and related software.
• Conducts dimensional inspections and final inspections on aerospace components.
• Maintains AS9100 and AS9102 documentation and traceability.
• Reads engineering drawings, CAD and GD&T; supports NCRs and MRB activity.
• Documents inspection results and supports root-cause investigations.
