Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, business, supply chain or related field required.
• Master’s degree in engineering, quality, business, supply chain or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience with change management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage formal product and material changes across functions with documented processes.
• Coordinate review, execution, documentation, distribution, and verification of changes.
• Lead the Change Board and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Perform impact analyses, assess readiness, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage audits for change management processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
