Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science, Aviation Business, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Programming.
• Alternatively, Master’s out of field with 18 graduate hours in subject area.
• Or Master’s out of field with professional experience, military service and/or FAA licensing.
• Credentialing in AS 121 – Instructor must hold AGI/BGI or CFI.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom instruction per ERAU procedures and deliver instruction.
• Prepare course materials and maintain course records.
• Conduct field trips and ensure course learning objectives are met.
• Assist in recruiting, grant writing, and fundraising efforts.
• Coordinate with ERAU course monitors to ensure compliance with objectives and regulations.
• Register students for courses and report grades to ERAU and high schools.
• Help students explore ERAU and assist with application packages.
• Liaise with local aviation organizations for field trips, internships, scholarships, and grants.
