Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Quality Technician with a calibration focus to support inspection, testing and documentation within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain measurement integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with calibration standards such as ISO/NADCAP, and the ability to manage calibration records and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• At least six months in calibration or related technical role.
• Experience with calibration standards (ISO 9001, ANSI, ASTM, NADCAP).
• Experience using precision instruments like micrometers, calipers, height gauges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the quality management system (AS9100).
• Read blueprints, routers, drawings and safety data sheets.
• Perform calibrations on gauges and measurement equipment.
• Calibrate instruments such as dial indicators, micrometers, calipers and CMMs.
• Maintain calibration certifications and ensure compliance with standards.
• Record calibration data and ensure on-time scheduling for devices.
• Coordinate with service providers for calibration coverage and PO flow.
• Support audits and provide training on calibration procedures.
