ST Engineering MRAS in the United States is seeking a calibration technician to monitor calibration expiry, perform equipment calibrations, and manage shipping and logging. The role emphasizes meticulous tracking and use of high-tech measurement devices, with opportunities to learn advanced calibration techniques.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in calibration or related technical services, with HS diploma/GED and preferred bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

  • H.S Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years calibration/maintenance experience with test & measurement equipment.
  • Familiarity with Metrology Standards: ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 / ANSI Z540.3.
  • Strong organizational skills; proficient with spreadsheets and tracking.
  • Desire to learn calibration techniques and shadow specialists.
  • Technical experience with digital/electronic systems and status evaluation.
  • Effective communication across manufacturing groups; can schedule information.

Responsibilities

  • Track calibration expiry dates on certified equipment.
  • Investigate new technology to replace aging systems.
  • Perform calibrations on large and small equipment.
  • Package and ship systems as needed.
  • Log equipment information into the database.
