AirBorn, a Molex company, is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to manage procurement of goods and services essential to our aerospace and defense-focused operations. You will source materials, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely, cost-efficient acquisition across production needs.

You will join a collaborative supply chain team supporting engineering and manufacturing functions, emphasizing compliance, vendor management, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to interpret purchase contracts and vendor agreements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems for procurement and recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Source materials and manage procurement of goods and services.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and performance to select best sources.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders per policy and budget.
• Maintain records of procurement transactions and cost savings.
• Resolve delivery, billing, and defective material issues with teams and vendors.
• Support vendor management and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
