Responsibilities

• Positions and aligns subassemblies in jigs or fixtures; verifies fitting tolerances with gauges and calipers.
• Installs parts and components to build full assemblies and detail parts.
• Operates hand tools; ensures tools are functioning safely and performs basic maintenance as needed.
• Drills, reams, and countersinks holes; installs bolts and rivets per drawings.
• Interprets measurements using mics and calipers per customer specs; maintains documentation.
