Job summary

Smithers is seeking a full-time Aerospace Auditor to join our Quality Assessments Division in Ohio. You will conduct audits to verify AS91XX conformance, develop audit plans and reports, and assess client facilities to ensure compliance, while maintaining high-quality client service.

Preferred candidates have 20 audit days in AS9100 and aerospace industry experience; AS9110/AS9120 experience is a plus. Competitive salary with benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Participated in at least 20 audit days covering AS9100 elements in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to assess compliance with AS91XX standards.
• Develop and execute audit plans and reports.
• Assess client facilities to determine conformity.
• Evaluate documentation, processes, and procedures.
• Identify non-conformities and areas of improvement.
• Maintain appropriate records.
• Submit expense reports and other audit documentation.
• Maintain acquired auditor credentials.
