Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking an Aftermarket Program Administrator in Greensboro, NC to manage the full lifecycle of aftermarket sales, from inquiries and quotations to order entry and invoicing.

You will collaborate with engineering, repair providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely revenue capture for repairs, spares, and services. The role requires 3+ years in aerospace aftermarket or related customer support, plus experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing order-to-cash processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of aerospace aftermarket, MRO, or customer support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Background in pricing analysis or technical sales support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for aftermarket customer inquiries.
• Develop and issue quotations using historical pricing, supplier inputs, and internal coordination.
• Coordinate with engineering and external repair providers to validate scope, pricing, and certifications.
• Convert customer purchase orders into sales orders and manage order entry in ERP.
• Track orders end-to-end and actively follow up to ensure timely progression and shipment.
• Communicate proactively with customers on order status, lead times, and issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of completed work.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to ensure payment is received.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and production.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support improvements in quoting, order tracking, and customer response times.
