Job summary

LAUKOA seeks an Aeromedical Evacuation Medical Modernization & Capability Development SME to support AMC/SG requirements analysis, RDT&E, capability-based planning, acquisition documentation, modernization roadmaps, and technical assessments for Aeromedical Evacuation and En Route Care.

Location of work for this position is at Scott AFB, IL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include representing AMC/SG on Air Force and DoD teams, developing capability roadmaps, and coordinating ICDs/CDDs with

Qualifications

Experience with DoD capability development and requirements analysis.
Ability to develop or review capability documents and roadmaps.
Operational knowledge of Aeromedical Evacuation and En Route Care.
Current Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

Represent AMC/SG on DoD teams performing requirements identification and modernization planning.
Support RDT&E, Capabilities Based Assessment and planning.
Prepare, coordinate, and maintain ICDs, CDDs, essential characteristics, and criteria.
Develop En Route Care roadmaps aligned to priorities and guidance.
Assess gaps and brief actionable recommendations.
