DTNA seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design aerodynamic systems and molded exterior panels that impact efficiency and brand appearance. You will own concepts through production, using NX for 3D models, drawings, GD&T, and packaging studies, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure robust, cost-effective solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership from concept to validation and production, with a focus on manufacturability and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of product development experience required.
• Strong communication, planning and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to reconcile requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design aerodynamic systems and components for safety, reliability, and cost targets.
• Develop manufacturable designs meeting customer requirements and standards.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and GD&T using NX; support packaging studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers throughout development and launch.
• Provide production support, resolve issues, and maintain documentation.
