Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Paramus, NJ. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising, while upholding AE Brand Standards.

You’ll support the team and guests, identify merchandising opportunities, and help maintain a well-organized Stockroom and floor. Flexibility with mornings, evenings, and weekends is required; prior stock-related experience is a plus, and

Your Role

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You are passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and pay close attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your primary focus, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Passionate about brand standards and proactive in keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Master the Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized and the Stockroom runs efficiently and productively.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Collaborate with teammates, stepping in to help with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, adhere to Asset Protection standards and follow AEO policies and procedures.
