Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You will support both Stockroom and Salesfloor tasks while upholding AE standards and presenting the Real Good brand experience. Candidates should be detail-oriented, with a passion for organization and speed in getting product to the floor.

Qualifications

• Part-time stock brand Ambassador role focusing on moving product from Stockroom to Salesfloor.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Stockroom and fixtures.
• Spot merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Ensure Stockroom runs efficiently and merchandising stays organized.
• Inform leadership of opportunities, plan actions, and execute improvements.
• Assist teammates and guests with non-stock tasks and floor support.
• Follow safety and Asset Protection standards and AE policies.

Your Responsibilities

• You've got a passion for brand standards: You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
