American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Part-time Stock Brand Ambassador who keeps product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work. You’ll support the team and guests on the Salesfloor, keep the Stockroom organized, follow safety and asset-protection standards, and adapt to merchandising opportunities while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock/merchandising roles is preferred.
• Attention to detail and brand standards awareness.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to support guests and team on the Salesfloor.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Stockroom to Salesfloor via shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Keep Stockroom running efficiently and merchandise, props, marketing and fixtures organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and coordinate with store leadership.
• Assist teammates and guests as needed while maintaining safety and asset protection standards.

• You've got a passion for brand standards: You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.


• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.


• You're innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.


• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.


• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.


• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
