Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador who ensures product moves from stockroom to sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising. You’ll support the team and guests while upholding AE Brand Standards and bringing your REAL self to work daily.

You’ll also help keep the Stockroom organized, assist with merchandising opportunities, and work flexible hours to fit early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a stock-related role is preferred.
• Interest in merchandising and following brand standards.
• Ability to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move product from stockroom to salesfloor through shipment processing and replenishment.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and running efficiently with visual props, marketing and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and coordinate with store leadership to act on them.
• Assist teammates with non-stock tasks and guest needs as needed.
• Follow safety, asset protection and AE policies and procedures.

Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You are a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You are innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
