YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards, and delivers operational excellence! Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize fitting room and sales floor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional service, analyze reporting and trends to make strategic decisions, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• People leadership: Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, hold your team accountable to customer service standards, especially on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop your team to ensure outstanding service and continuous improvement.
• Team building and engagement: Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and celebrate team successes.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily operational procedures, support visual standards, and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Integrity and safety: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow policies and procedures, and uphold ethical standards.
