Goldbelt seeks a seasoned leader to oversee a high-volume aerial tramway attraction, directing operations, safety, facilities, and guest services. You will manage budgets, staffing, and strategic partnerships to deliver an exceptional visitor experience while driving revenue and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a track record of multi-department leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to seasonal fluctuations, weather, and equipment challenges.

Qualifikationen

• Budgeting, financial performance, staffing, and KPI stewardship.
• Experience leading customer-facing operations with seasonal/variable visitor volume.
• Strong safety, risk management, regulatory compliance, and emergency response knowledge.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain a service-oriented workforce.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt leadership to weather, equipment issues, and high volumes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business systems (financial, scheduling, ticketing, ops).

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership for safe, efficient, profitable tramway operation and guest services.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, emergency readiness, risk management, inspections, and incident response.
• Lead strategies to deliver exceptional visitor experiences and tourism partnerships.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, forecasts, pricing, revenue programs, and cost controls.
• Partner on marketing, sales, partnerships, events, and new business opportunities.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing workforce with strong safety culture.
• Oversee maintenance, facilities, capital improvements, and asset reliability.
• Build relationships with owners, regulators, tourism organizations, vendors and community leaders.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies for operational excellence and growth.
