• Plan and initiate projects for aerial/underground systems.
• Interact with customers and officials to coordinate work.
• Ensure OSHA and client safety requirements.
• Assist in construction and upgrades of lines.
• Mentor Aerial Groundman crews.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
