Job summary

PUSH, Inc. in Altoona, Wisconsin, is seeking an Aerial Lineman (Local Work) to join our field team. This role builds and maintains aerial telephone systems, both aerial and underground, and requires outdoors work, travel for outages, and strong safety awareness.

Ideal candidates have prior Aerial Groundman experience, a solid understanding of aerial line work, and the ability to mentor junior crew members. CDL preferred, driver’s license required, and a commitment to safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as Aerial Groundman preferred.
• Thorough understanding of aerial utility installation and safety practices.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and have valid CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects for aerial and underground services.
• Interact with customers, utility owners and officials.
• Ensure OSHA and customer safety requirements are met.
• Assist in construction and upgrades of aerial/underground systems.
• Train and mentor Aerial Groundman, and operate heavy equipment.
