You will climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and work on new construction and maintenance projects while adhering to safety regulations and teamwork standards. This position involves outdoor work in varying weather and requires reliability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an aerial lineman in telecom/utilities.
• Ability to climb poles and work at heights using safety gear.
• Knowledge of fiber optic and coax installation techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and related equipment
• Safely climb poles and use bucket trucks to perform overhead line work
• Operate and maintain equipment such as lashers, strand machines, and hand/power tools
• Read and interpret construction prints, work orders, and route maps
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Drive and transport materials and crew to job sites (CDL required)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an aerial lineman in the telecom or utilities industry
• Ability to climb poles and work at heights using safety gear
• Knowledge of fiber optic and coaxial cable installation techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications
