Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair heavy equipment, diesel engines, and related systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with technicians and departments to complete maintenance and repairs to the highest standards.

Based in Graham, NC, you will conduct field-based service visits across the United States and Canada, ensuring uptime, safety, and superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification (ASE, EVT, or hydraulic systems) or vocational training is a plus.
• 2-3+ years working with aerial lifts, bucket trucks, hydraulic systems, electronic control systems, or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment and engines.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance and repair work with reports and records.
• Field-based on-site service visits across the United States and Canada.
• Ensure uptime and safety by performing inspections to ANSI/OSHA standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer support and clearly communicate with customers.
