Qualifications

Responsibilities

Belvoir, VA: Full time: Posted Today: HR102556Aerial Intelligence, Reconnaissance & Surveillance (A-ISR) systems Senior Budget Analyst responsible for providing technical assistance and daily operational support in the areas of resource Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Congressional Authorizations and Appropriations, and Resource Oversight support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination and maintenance of documentation and associated databases used in DOD resource management systems. Candidate will be familiar with MACOM-level resource management and requirements prioritization, acquisition and validation practices. Candidate will conduct qualitative/quantitative analysis; build and manipulate spreadsheets and presentations; provide financial and/or accounting support. Assists program personnel with financial tracking, spend plans, budget formulation, budget execution, financial data calls and overall financial support for multiple appropriations.
